why am i always feeling hungry every 2 hours when i'm mugging for my exams at home? mugging will increase our speed of digestion meh??

Hey! We're in the same boat! I eat every two hours too! Esp during exams.

Hey! you're not the only one!!! I'm also always hungry and once i eat i feel sleepy. BAD... so the only thing i do is go school library to study and stay there then you won;t eat, even when your stomach is rumbling...=p

haha! Yah!! Me too!

Hungry -> Eat -> Sleepy -> Sleep -> Wake up -> hungry again!

the cycle keeps repeating itself....

but cannot don't eat lah... as mentioned from the 1st comment above, the brain can only use glucose as its only source of energy... so don't eat, no energy to study leh...
